Buy-Backs

If you aren’t ready to part with your precious items, maybe if they have sentimental value, but you need some quick cash we also provide a buy-back service.

We’ll evaluate your item and purchase it with a promise for you to buy it back within a 31-day period.  We’ll hold your items securely in our vault (our store used to be a branch of Barclay’s bank), and give you the option to buy it back at the end of the 31-day period for a fixed price.

We are able to discuss our service over the telephone or discretely in-store.

ID requirements

To create an account and sell to us, you must bring one valid form of photo ID and one proof of address.

If it has been a while since your last visit, please bring a proof of address to update our records.

Photo ID

Please bring one of the following forms of photographic ID.  The ID must be in date.

• Valid passport (signed)
• UK Photocard Driving License (full or provisional)
• Citizenship Card
• EU National Identity Card
• Any identification card with the PASS Logo

Proof of address

Please bring one of the following documents as proof of address:

• Utility bill (electricity, gas, Council Tax, water, cable, broadband, telephone, TV license etc.)
• Bank statement

This document must be an original document and needs to be dated within the last 90 days.  Mobile phone bills are not accepted.  Photocopies or screenshots are not accepted.  It must clearly show the date, your name and address.  We do not accept digital proof of address.
